Dr. Katarine Mkrtchyan is a highly experienced and fully trained plastic surgeon in Yerevan. She has a wide experience in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. With more than 16 years of experience, Dr. Katarine Mkrtchyan offers her patients the most up-to date plastic surgery procedures in a safe and friendly environment. Patients come to see her from all across Armenia and from other countries. Dr. Katarine Mkrtchyan graduated with high honors from Stomatology Department of Yerevan State University in 1997 and received her postgraduate specialization in Maxillo-Facial surgery at NationalUniversity of Health of Armenia in 2000. She underwent a special training at the Clinic of Stomatology and Maxillo-Facial and Plastic surgery of Nantes Central University Hospital in France.

Nose surgery
In the nasal area a number of operations are performed, both closed and open methods:
1) Rhinoplasty (nose plastic surgery);
2) Septoplasty (nose septum correction );
3) Secondary rhinoplasty (elimination of bone-cartilage deformities of the nose by the method of autotransplantation).
Eyes surgery
To eliminate age-related changes in the upper and lower eyelids ,blepharoplasty performed. Non-surgical eyelids correction also performed (Ultra V Plasma Pen ).
All interventions are carried out under both local general anesthesia.
Mouth surgery
We implement a wide range of treatments in oral cavity: 1) Ablation of benign neoplasms;
2) Surgical treatment of jaw cysts;
3) Lips and tongue frenulum surgical correction;
4) Surgical treatment of periodontitis;

Face surgary
We provide a number of corrective interventions to eliminate age-related changes of face and neck tissues: injection methods – mesotherapy, botulinum therapy (Dysport), application of fillers (Restylane), revitalization.
Non –injection methods: application of Ultra V Plasma Pen for non-surgical eyelids correction (Non-surgical blepharoplasty ); benign mole removal, hyperpigmentation, hypertrophic ,kelloid and atrophic scars elimination.
We also provide surgical treatment for scar deformities of the face and neck skin.
Ears surgery
For ear deformities correction of various degrees, the otoplasty operation is performed.
To eliminate various deformities of the ear lobe, appropriate interventions are also performed.
